AIM:
After all the processes have completed turn on the finished LED
2. Make a Simulink chart for the “Gear shift” logic as per below conditions:
Speed Range(kmph) Gear
0 to 15 1
16 to 25 2
26 to 40 3
41 to 60 4
Above 61 5
Give speed input while the simulation is running & display the gear number.
PROCEDURE:
WORKING PRINCIPLE OF WASHING MACHINE:
A Washing Machine by spinning at 800-1600rpm helps soap and dirt to leave surface of the cloth by using centrifugal force
outlet pipes both clean the clothes loadedin it.This process is electrically controled in this drum,valves,pump,moter and heating.The valves open again and leaves drain dirty water .in this the valve contains clean water in again in to drums into four process 1.soaking 2.washing 3.rinsing 4.dryer
1.soaking :- in this we are adding detergent and dip clothes in it and after soaking the removing dirty waterfrom clothes
in soaking section function is washing timer is 42 min washing 27 min soaking 15min in this soaking section the next will be
2.washing:- in this washing section we putting a timer it is roating and turning around through clothes and water
when finishing washing then it goes to drain section it goes through a pipe
3.Rinsing:- it means once wash the clothes will be rewashed with fresh water finally the water also drain through the pipe
4.Dryer:- after rewashed clothes the drum contain clothes with out water it can be continue the process of dryer it is used to warm the wet clothes to dry by using warm condition by repeating sequences untill dry clothes
State flow:
systamatic solution is a possible sequence and finite process. in this step set algorithm is a most important process in this programing language. in this simulink state flow diagram based algorithm learning
Control logic of washing machine:-
in this checking extent of dirt and greese stains ,the amount of detergent or soap and water to add direct of spin and so on in this the load of clothes correct spining else it reduces spining speed it is imbalanced will be detected the washing load reduces spining noise
in this condition two inputs power and water supply.input is given then output will be displayed by given initial conditions. the flow chart condition the system checked correctly and completed. then appear green light will be displayed
Gear shift logic:
in this gear shift manual transmission includes shaft movable shift planes rotatable for gears shift planes this shift planes are two helical springs
Results;-
1: in washing machine this process is sequence order one will be one will be completed conditions The LED lights will be turn in green then the process is completed
2:finally simulink model is created by gear shift logic the values are obtained
