A PILLAR DESIGN WITH MASTER SECTION

AIM:

To develop the A-Pillar component by incorporating engineering features based on the provided master section and Class-A surface. The process involves creating an appropriate tooling axis, followed by performing draft analysis to validate the manufacturability of the final solid model.

Conclusion

I have successfully created CLASS B and C surfaces using the given CLASS A surface of the A pillar created main and side core tooling axis. Performed draft analysis the final component and the dog house.
