Purpose of Under-Body Coating.

Under-body coating provides long term protection from Corrosion to Car's Under-body. it also protects part like internal body panels,frame rails and other inner cavities that are not Physically but are prone to corrosion. In indian road conditions, a car's underbody is most prone to corrosin.

Application procedure of underbody coating.

• Lift up the vehicle, take off the wheel and plastic wheel covering.
• thoroughly clean the under body of the vehicle by high pressure water.
• Blasting with compreseed air could accelerate the drying.
• Shake the can approx. 40 times before use connect the can with spray gun.
• After each use, clean the spray by flushing with suitable sovlent.
• after touch free, remove all the mask paper, re-install all the part.
