INTRODUCTION -Modern day cars are made of various materials combined but the main chassis of the car body is made of carbon steel or aluminium alloys to reduce weight while also giving the required strength to the body.

but even after many layers of an added frame works on the main body it is still exposed from the bottom.when car is manufactured and hence even after a certain time period rust start to happen due to various climate changes and terrains faced by the vehicle during its life time hence it starts to corrose/rust when in short de strengths the body resulting in a reduced life span of the vehicle to overcome this situation usually an under body counting is done on the body at the time of assembling.

UNDERBODY COATING-under body is usually a dense cladding (often based on rubber) applied uniformly to the under carriage  of the automobile .it is normally storage or painted on when the car is just out of the leadership and is clean

ADVANTAGE OF UNDERBODY COATING-it plays an important role in keeping corrosion at bay.underbody coating can come in handy especially if you line near the sea. where there is to much humidity and rusting is just one of those everyday things you should also seriuosly consider under coating if you reside in a  place where it shows in winter.

RUBBERIZED UNDERBODY COATING-

This is generally though of as the best underbody coating for your car.it preserves the underbody well protecting it from scratches applying this to the ubder carriage is not much of a hassle either products used are bosney rubberized under coat aerosol spray ,rust oleum 248657 automotive rubberized under coating etc.

WAX BASED UNDERBODY COATING-this more or less ephemersal undercoating will wear awy in a few months time on the upside wax based under couting parts up a bifg flight against moisture .it is also the most affordable option out these products commonly used are presto UBS wachs hell 1000.

ASPHALT BASED AUTOMATIVE UNDER COATING-

Best switched for lorries travells and large vehicle this provides a grater design of protection compared to rubber based coating however asphalt based coatings contains little amount of rubber for sound insulation purposes the process of applying this coating is a bit time consuming though products commonly used are tectyl 6430/

POLY URTHANE UNDER BODY COATING-

this coating close up spilts and fractures on the underbody of the vehicle it offers up good protection against corrosion and also bonds with metal unlike in the case of asphalt based coating you can point o ver the polyurethane coating products commonly used are ugain exposed steel anti

corrosive polyurethane coating car gravitex plus hs stone chip protector etc.
