Photo Realistic Rendering
PROJECT -MODELLING OF AMERICAN CHOPPER
OBJECTIVES-The main objectives of this project are
- in the solidworks first of all sketching of different part of american chopper as per proper dimensions.with the help command.
- after that with the use of command create a part of chopper
- after modeling the part these part are assemble in assembly section.
- after assembly we provide appearance of part of chopper
- after camera set up done and also lighting section
- finally apply decals
- in the rendering there are two ways of rendering photoview 360 & visualization with the help of photo view 360 chopper render complete.
INTRODUCTION-solidworks is a CAD software used to create 2D & 3D model.solids work having ADD IN feature like photoview 360,visulization to rendering of final model to make it like phot realistics vieww
in this project we learn about rendering ,designing,assemble of american chopper part .final assembled chopper done rendering with the help of photoview 360 & visualization.with the help of solidworks software design the model perfectly and quickly with the help of command.

WHEELS-wheel is a circular block it provide rotatary motion of chopper.it made up of steel alloy materials.it is mounted circumferrential with tire .front and rear wheel.the disc & sprocket are attached with rear wheel,the chain is connected between the engine and rear wheel.

FENDER-fender is use to prevent from water and mud spray.front and rear fender make chopper good look and good design.front fender is mounted on the front fork but rear fender is mounted on the chassis of the rear part above the rear wheel.use of both fender are same .

GAS TANK-gas tank is use to store the gas and supply the gas to engine of chopper when required.

ASSEMBLY OF CHOPPER-in assembly part all indivisual part are inserted in assembly tools .intially the chassis part are inserted in the assembly after fixing the position of chassis all indivisual part of chopper inserted in assembly after that click ok to fix on his position.mates are use to give relation between part.
