Underbody Coating

• As it's name underbody coating, is coating or insulation to underbody of an car for protecting it from corrosion, also protects parts like internal body panels, frame rails & outer inner cavity that are not physically accessible but high risk of corrosion.

• Rubberized undercoating

Rubberized under coating is easy to apply & generally offers best protective coating for car undercarriage. It is safe to use on quater panel & wheel wells & dries with soft rubbery finish.

• Asphalt-Based undercoating

Asphalt bsed under coating offers high level of protection suitablr for large trucks, recreational vehicals & heavy machineary. It's formulated with some bits of rubberized material to reduce noise. It is only suitable for undercarriage.

• Polyurethane undercoating

Polyurethane undercoating is easy to apply & works by sealing up cracks & seams. The compound displaces salt and moisture & protects the unoxidised metal from rust.

• Wax or Paraffin based under coating

Wax or paraffin based undercoating spray are the cheapest and quickest option available, but it's result doesnot lasts long after few months again you may have to apply fresh coating. It offers modrate protection against moisture.

Vechical undercoating products comes in volume from 16 ounce to 5 gallons. A 16 ounce bottle is suitable for small car but RV or truckwill need a gallon jug to get the job done.

• Shelf life

Most premium under coating material have a shelf life of one year after being opened. Others can only lasts for few months then they start to wear off.

• Formulation

Formulation we choose depends upon our budget and how long you want the coat to last. Rubberized or asphalt type of undercoating are most expensive but single coating can lasts upto a year or longer depending upon environment.
