MAKE MOLD FOR CPU FAN CASE IN WHICH CORE, CAVITY ALONG WITH SLIDERS & INSERTS

DESCRIPTION ABOUT MODEL

Here i have to create two sliders of two undercuts as shown in picture below.

First is for this hole.

Second is for this rectangular cuts.

1. Our first step in craetion of sliders is to be spliting that area which is required along with specific plane.

2. Then some features to be used like extrude, move face, combine, split to make it suitable slider and gives passage for slider by slight modification in core part.

Our first slider is created but second slider is diffrent because it has one impression in between core and cavity so second slideer is combination of two slider which is to be made on core and another is on cavity.

3. Once again start with split cammand separate portion of slider from core part.

Now i will move to cavity part.

4. I have to create some extruded porion for washers which i will create for first slider.

5. Now i'll move towartds creation of half part of second slider in cavity, and using extrude cammoand to make it proper slider for under cut.

6. Extruding edges of cavity and combine with slider to make proper space for slider.

7. Create new part in assembly and import both sliders which is created in core and cavity and combine them together.

8. Now we to create inserts in core part to facilitate easily removal of component from core after solidificaion for thar using split cammand two times.
