what is underbody coating:- it is a cladding that is placed uniformly under the car body which is usualy sprayed or painted on. This protect the underbody from the impact damage of small stons which would rapidly chip off ordinary paint, allowing resing to begin.

          Underbody coating provides long term protection from corrosion to car’s underbody. 

TYPES OF UNDERBODY COATING

 1.Rubberized Underbody Coating

                                        

                This is widely considered to be the best underbody coating cars. it protect the cars underbody from scratches and keeps it well. and its also not very difficult to apply it on underbody

                          and also rubberized coating is ideal if you want to keep the road noise minimum and keeep rust and correction away.

2. Wax Based Underbody Coating

                                   

                 its the most affordable underbody coating, how ever teh wax based undercoating will fade away after a few months of time. and this have better resistance aganist dampness.

3. Asphalt Based Undercoading

                                           

                           Asphalt Based Undercoading is the strongest undercoating available and it is used commonly on heavy vechicles and trucks. it also contain little quantity of rubber for sound insulation process. however the applying of this coating ia a very time consuming process.

4. Polyurethane Underbody Coating

                                                       

                        Polyurethane undercoating provides strong corrosion resistance and also good bond to the metal. it will cover the seals breaks and fractures in the vehicle’s underbody. unlike the other coatings. the polyurethane coating can be painted over.
