I GOT ALL GREEN IN 'CLASS A' DRAFT ANALYSIS, BUT WHEN I DO DRAFT ANALYSIS IN 'PAR'T IT DID NOT GET GREEN PULLY IS IT OK

REPORT

first in order to make find best possible tooling axis suudy the class A surface and note all holes which should be cleared in molding process and walls which may have come parellel to the tooling axis.

• then make a dummy tooling axis and see which faces have a chance to make a problem for tooling.
• then extract the class A along Y axis and extend the line of faces which may make proble, then bisect the extended line to get actual tooling axis
• then make a draft analysis with 3 degree draft to check if the part have enough draft angle
• so the CLASS A have pass the draft analysis. and then start making CLASS B & CLASS C from class a
