DRAFT ANALYSIS OF FINAL PART

REPORT

analysed the class A surface for finding the best toling axis and take Z AXIS as a dummy tooling axis. so there are three walls which likely to be parallel with the tooling axis. so take the first 2 walls which are facing each other and draw two lines along the the walls and make a bisecting line of that two lines.

then i take the 3rd wall and draw a line more then 3degree with that wall through the center point. now we have 2 lines so i bisect these 2 liines to get the tooling axis

to do the the draft analysis with the final part, the draft angle we need is 3 degree. and open the draft analysis tool and take the compass and align it with the tooling axis. thengive the tooling axis as 3degree but the edges are alightely less then 3 degree so i gave the toling axis as 2.9 degree
