Underbody is the process of applying a thick cladding (usualy made up of rubber) uniformly underside the autombile.
Undercoating is applied by spray or paint when the autombile is fresh off the lot and just manufactured. But it is beneficial even after the use of automobile for couple of years to protect it from rust and absorb sound. Also, protect it from wear and tear.
Purpose of Underbody Coating
Main purpose serve by underbody coating is to check the rust of automobile metal parts like frame rails, internal body panel and autombile underbody exposed to environment condition like dust, moisture and rain etc.

4. Polyurethane Underbody Coating
Polyurethane underbody coating applies polyurethane based sealent. That come in canisters and loaded in spary gun to spay underside the automobile body.
