Underbody Coating

UNDERBODY COATING

An underbody coating is a kind of protection process done to the underbody of a vehicle as a vehicle’s underbody is most prone to rust and corrosion. It provides protection to the welded joints, internal body panels, frame rails and other inner cavities that are not physically accessible but are vulnerable to corrosion. It also acts as a heat and sound shield to the cabin of the vehicle as it acts as an insulator and thickens the underbody of the vehicle.

TYPES OF UNBERBODY COATING

  • RUBBERIZED UNDERCOATING
  • POLYURETHANE UNDERCOATING
  • WAX OR PARAFFIN BASED UNDERCOATING
  • ASPHALT BASED UNDERCOATING
