2. Wax or Praffin Undercoating
- This coating is appiled to the underside of an automobile using wax or baraffin.Wax or praffin undercoating will be the cheapeast and quickest option in the market.But this coating has a short life span of 6 month to 1 year.
3.Asphalt Undercoating
- Asphalt undercoating provides a higher level of protection compared to rubber based coatings.It is suitable for lorries,trucks and large vehicles. Asphalt based coating a small amount of rubber for sound insulation purposes.
4.Polyurethane Undercoating
- Polyurethene underbody coating is quick and easy to apply. It seals the cracks and fractures in the underbody. A polyurethane based sealant is used in this.it also sandsquickly in case. It can be painted if required.
3.Underbody coating pros;
- It Protects the underside of the body from corrosion and rust. This reduces wear and tear on the vehicle and extends its life.
- This reducces noise from the underneath the car, resulting in a quieter smoother driving experience.

Cons;
- Coating a vehicle can be an additional expense and expensive
- The coating can penetrate moving parts such as the CV joint on the propeller shaft and cause the parts to malfunction
