In this Project work I have Routen the Wiring Harness in a given Car Body (BackDoor). Then Flatten the Wiring Harness Geometrical Bundle and view their Drafting in CATIA V5 Drawing.

Now at first the Components are changed into Electrical Components and then the required parameters are given to the Electrical Parts like Connector Define, Bundle Define and Connector Connection Define.

Now a Mechanical Product WorkBench is opened and the Components and Car BackDoor are import in it. Then the Components are placed in their Area.

Now the WorkBench is changed into Electrical Harness Assembly then the Wiring Harness Geometrical Bundle Product is defined with the Geometrical Bundle option. Then using the Multi-Branchable Document the Branches are created and then the Protective Covering is cover on it.

Now the Electrical Harness Flattening WorkBench is opened. In this Flattening WorkBench the Wiring Harness Geometrical Bundle Product is Imported and while importing Product the Protective Cover is Neglected. The missing Protective Covering is Added by Synchronize Option. Then the Flatten Option is used to Flatten the Bundle and length of the Bundles are large so the area is Rolled to 90deg and again Rolled to 90deg to have a proper view on the Drafting Sheet.

Now the Drawing Sheet is opened and the Flatten Bundles are inported in the Drawing Sheet. The Names of the Components are given and then the Drawing is Saved.
