AIM

• Routing the Wiring harness on Given car body and Prepare flatten view drawing in CATIA V5.
• Applying Protection coverings as required.
• Prepare & Submiting all necessary reports like clearance, Clipping/Clamping selection, Harness fixing requirements, Harness continuity, Assumptions if any along with CATIA 3D data.

DEFINING ELECTRICALLY

• Defining all mechanical component into electrically like (connectors,fir tree clip,antirotational clip)

PLACING IN RIGHT POSITION

• Placing the connector and fir tree clip in the desire loction
• Fir tree clip is used to direct the path for the harness routing

HARNESS ROUTING

• With the help of fir tree clip the routing is done with smooth finish

Protection coverings

• For protecting the harness corrugated tube is used

Harness continuity

• Continuity is checked there is no discontinuity
