Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Bumper

AIM:

To Create the Bumper Plastic component through the given Class-A surface. To begin with, the tooling axis for the given Class-A Surface should be created meeting the requirements of the draft angle and at the end perform the Draft analysis on the model.

TOOLING AXIS

• In this bumper the tooling axis is in x direction
• so simply we can create the tooling axis in the vertex point direction of x

CLASS B SURFACE

• OFFSET the class to 3mm and it have some open surface using jion,extrapolate and trim command to get complete surface

CLASS C

• Then the inner and outer class c is created by using the sweep command and with the help of class a

A+C SURFACE

• Jion the class a and class c together

FINAL TRIM

• Finally the a+c surface and b surface trimed

DRAFT ANALSIS

• Draft analysis is done the draft angle is 3 degree
