                                                                 BASE BRACKET DESIGN

AIM 

    TO create a base bracket plastict component through a given class a surface and perform draft analysis

on the final model

CLASS A SURFACE:

DRAFT ANALYSIS OF CLASS A SURFACE

• Drafting analysis is done for the class A suface and it is 2 degree

Creating tooling axis

• First analys visualy where is the possible plane to create the tooling axis 
• In this class A surface XY plane i created the section view then created the line in the section
• Then using those line and creating the bisecting line

CREATION OD CLASS B SURFACE

• Class b is created from the class a and it was ofset to 2.5mm

creation of class c

• Class c surface is created bt using the sweep command and tooling axis with 3 degree

CLASS A + CLASS C

CLASS A+ CLASS B+ CLASS C
