Preparing Schedule & Cost Estimation for a building using REVIT
Ans 1:
a> Turn On Section box under Property.
Adjust the sizes by dragging arrow keys.
2>Select Door or windows or any elements & Type CS and drag it to new location.
c> Go to Structural or Floor plan and Type TL will make Thin line or make thick line depending on the setting of Thickness of Lines.

E> In Plan view type VR. Adjust the Level as desired.
F> Press ctrl and then left arrown
(When you select and accidently click some thing else and lost selection. Then right click on the screen and choose thr option select previous.)
That will save the time from re - doing.
G> DI for Dimensions, TX for text and choose the arrow of choice.
H> AL - Allign two objects, elements, features etc..
I> RO
J> MV
k> CO for Copy
L> MM
M> AR ,

1. Open the File Arch or Struct as needed to schedule.
select view> then
click OK
Add parameters
click OK
b> Similarly for Doors
Door Schedule inlcludes: Door #, Room #, Door Info, Frame Info, Fire rating, Hardware Sets and Remarks.
But I could not find under this list So Please let me know, how to make good Door schedule?
