Motor Blower Assembly : Week 4 Challenge

Procedures  

Upper housing: 

• Sketch profile for upper housings are created in the sketcher workbench.

• Part modelig has done by using pad command in part workbench at dimension of 8 mm

• I have created sketch for way of blower exhaust system in the sketcher workbench

• curved shape of profile was created at radius of 10 mm 

• New part body has inserted In the part workbench solid model has created for the sketches and paded at desired dimension
• The new body assembled with Part body by using boolean operations

• semi circle for upper house has created in sketcher work bench for the radius of 4.88 mm

• The sketch has extruded for required length by using pad command and this part has untitrimmed with part body by using boolean operation

• Holes of 4mm Dia were created to make fastening with lower house

• by using pocket defeninition required holes has developed on  flange which will mating with lower cas

Lower Housing 

• Like upper housing here i have cereated semi circle with the same dimension

• Extruded that sketch in partworkbench on newly created body 

• cover of lower creation are sown below

• base of lower housing created

• like upper housing here also i have created Holes to ensure mating by using fastners

Blower: 

• The steps i have followed to create blower are given below:-
• the sketch has created in sketcher workbench and extruded them in part workbench 

• fins of fan has created and patterned circularly at 60deg 

Shaft:

• The saft which is created under the consideration of connecting motor with blower.
• the required sketch has created in sketcer work bench and extruded at required length in the part workbench 

Cover

• The which is developed to cover the blower fan assembly has created by using set of design consideration
• first i have created Half of the sketc and revolved it by using revolve command in part workbench

• Fins has created with consideration of cooling puepose for that i had deawn sketces of 4mm length line and extruded at unique body and unitrimmed this body with part body

• fastnening unit has created around the circumference of cover

Motor

• The motor has designed in such a way that it has created parallel to blower.
• As I mentioned all the sketches were created on sketcher workbench and part body are created in part work bench

• fins are created at top of the motor and extruded upto the size of the motor

• base of motor has created with consideration of motor sizes

• The bodies of base and fins are unitrimmed with motor part body and the unwanted portions were removed.
