Fender Design - Wheel Arch Challenge

Fender is the AMERICAN english term for the part of an automotive. It cover the wheel which protect the passenger from mud and dust partical which throw by tyre. This is work on behalf of addhessive force between tyre and dust particles.

1.Input model of fender and tyre.

2. Red colour show the wheel arc are. This area calculated in the below image.

3. JAPAN STD the tyre of the car 5mm inside from the fender outside surface with some standard and this is calculate in the below image.

But according to japanese standard this distance not maintain so this fender is not meet our design standard.

4. EUROPE STD The tyre of the car 10mm inside from the fender outside surface with some standard and this is calculate in the below image.But according to european standard this distance not maintain so this fender is not meet our design standard.

5. US STD The tyre of the car 10mm inside from the fender outside surface with some standard and this is calculate in the below image.But according to US standard this distance not maintain so this fender is not meet our design standard.
