AIM

To create the sill,baffle,A-piller,bumper mounting area and creating drip mounting are following the given master section

FENDER

MOUNTING DESINGING IN FENDER:

DRIP AREA MOUNTING:

• DRIP MOUNTING area is created with two emboss with flat surface two holes are provide for fastening purpose

• Three dart is provided for stengthening the flange

• The DRIP AREA FLANGE is created as per the master section

• This mounting is used to connect the engine comportment and the fender

SILL MOUNTING

• This mounting will helps to connect the fender and sill

BUMPER MOUNTING

• The reference of the mounting will be given from the bumper team then the emboss and hole will be created as per the reference
• This mounting will help to connect the bumper and fender

A-PILLER MOUNTING

• This mounting is created for joining the A-piller and fender
• The emboss is created as per the requierment

BAFFLE (SPLACH)MOUNTING

• This baffle mounting are will connect the a plastic component and fender
• This plastic component will help to prevent the engine comportment from outside mud,stone etc.
