Benchmarking
Benchmarking:
Benchmarking is the constant process of evaluating goods, services, and procedures against the most challenging competitors or organizations acknowledged as market leaders, and applying noticeably improved procedures that improve competitive performance.
Advantage:
- Benchmarking will help customers' needs.
- Support in overcoming a weakness
- Both the manufacturing pace and product quality will benefit from it.
- Enhance the organization's standards and learning processes.
Disadvantage:
- The concept of mimicking others is where benchmarking receives the greatest criticism.
- The sharing of data is costly and delicate.
- Some businesses are reluctant to divulge the information.
- Last but not least, a lot of businesses misunderstand benchmarking as a standalone operation.
Pughazhyendhii is fond of big cars so I have selected these cars.

Some of the Features like ABS, EBD, Smart Connectivity, Air Conditioner are similar in all models.
By observing these cars’ specs, I would suggest KIA SONET for him.
