Objective
To design enclosure and write report on the same
Introduction
Enclosures and casinngs are mainly made by sheet metal components. One such enclosure has to be model in this challenge.
Design methodology / approach (To be explained with the help of Flowcharts only)
Description (Need to explain tools/ Features used while designing)
Start the NX and sketch according to dimensions provided
Extrude the drawn sketch by 200mm to make solid part
Convert the solid model into sheet metal component
Other features such as flanges and jogs are designed
SM component is then unbend and holes, dimple and louver are design
Sheet metal component is then rebend
Flat pattern is ontained
Upload a min of four screenshots of Model in the report. (Front View, Side View, Isometric View and the Top View)
