Importance of Rankine Cycle

The Rankine cycle is the fundamental operating cycle of all steam power plants and steam engines where an operating fluid is continuously evaporated and condensed. 

It will convert the heat to mechanical work while changing the phase of the operating fluid, this project helps to design the power plant operating conditions(pressure,temperature,enthalpy and entropy)

by which the plant efficiency can be increased and specific steam consumption can be decreased.
