Procedure.

1. Get the CAD part.
2. Define the geometrical Parameters.
3. Define as Support.
4. Define entry andexit pointsand plane.
5. Define Base plane.

In electrical Part Design we declare it as clipusing Define Support Part.

We need to select the point and planes accordingly.

Q2.

Backshell CAD part was taken andits Point and axis was made for mating in Part design.

Procedure.

1. Getting Cad part
2. Defineing geometrical parameters.
3. Defining Backshell
4. Defining Backshell Connection point and axis.
5. Defining Bundle connection point

In electrical Partdesign we define the properties of mating for axis.

Creation of Catalogue for Backshell.

Q3.

Corrugated tubes.

Using Define Protection Part we defined OD and ID as per info And thickness.

Taking Bend radius as 1.5*OD we made 4 different Protection tubes and saved in COT_tubes_catalogue.

In this we have to create the CAD part.
