Objective -1:-

Download required clip cad data and define it as electrical support using Electrical part design Workbench.Define all the necessary properties.

Step 1:- Downloaded the Hellarmann Tyton – 21160129 P-Clamp.

Step-2:- Defining geometric parameters of the clip.

Step-3:- Defining entry,exist and base point and planes from the first side.

Step-4:- Defining entry,exist and base point and planes from the second side.

Step 5:- Completely electrically defined P-Clamp.

Objective 2:- Download required backshell data and define it as Electrical support using Electrical part design Workbench.Define all the necessary properties.

Step 1:- Download the Backshell Tyco 1738312-1 from TE.com.

Step 2:- Define geometric parameters of the Backshell.

Step 2:- Define part as Backshell.

Step 3:- Define backshell connection point.

Step 4:- Define Bundle connection point.

Step 5:- Completely electrically defined backshell.

Objective 3:- Create following corrugated tubes and add them in catalogue under the "Slit COT" family.

Step1:- Define protection part in electrical part design workbench,give values for I.D, thickness and bend radius.Here bend should be minimum 1.4 times of outer diameter.

Step2:- Define cot-tube catalogue

Step3:- Give name and type of catalogue.

Step4:- Adding cot tube in Catalogue named as SLIT- COT
