Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 7 Challenge
Aim: To Route the following harness layout in the Electrical workbench, add protective covering on all branches connected to DT06-8s & DT06-4S connectors. Also create flattened view in Drawimng Sheet.
Given:
CAD data of the following Connectors,

1. Download connector 3D data from www.te.com

2. Convecting the Mechanical part into the Electrical part for that I had followed the following steps.

3. Arranging the connectors as per the given layout.
4. Creating Multi-Branching to the connectors
5.Creating a protective covering and keep end extremity at 30mm from connectors end.
6. HARNESS FLATTENING
