Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 4 Challenge

Steps to be followed to Route the given harness layout and to add the protective covering.
1) Create a product(main) named "Wiring_harness_context"
2) Create a new product(Sub) named "Geometrical_Bundle" and "Electrical_Bundle"
3) Open the Geometrical_Bundle product in a new window and add all the components required (DT06-4S, DT06-6S, DT06-2S, DT06-08SA) for the harness assembly creation from the catalog.
4) Ensure that all the components are electrically defined and are placed the right location(switch to assembly design module) before defining the geometrical bundle electrically using "Geometrical bundle" command.
5) Now click on "multi-branchable document" command and switch to electrical harness instalation module to start the routing.
6) Use the same command and select the appropriate components. then, click on route definition and choose the contraint type and tangent direction acrrordingly.
7) Adjust the bend radius, slack or change the postion of the connector if required (when the routing is indicated by a red line showing an error)
8) use "Add branch point" command to create a branching point select the extremity and apply the required length at which the point need to created from the extremity.
9) Create all the bundle segments in the same manner and finish the routing.
10) Now switch back to electrical harness assembly to create the protective covering to the bundle segments that are connected to DT06-4S, and DT06-2S.
11) use the "Protective covering command" and click on the appropriate bundle segment and browse the catalog to obtain the COT Tube stored previously.
12) click on the etremity and apply length to change the extremity point of the protective covering. click on ok. Add the protective covering wherever required in the same manner.
13) use savemanagement to save the modifications.
14) removet the context assembly which is used for the reference purpose and before saving and uploading in the PLM tool
