Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 4 Challenge

Q1 Ans:

Description:

• Downloaded all the connectors 3D CAD Part from the provided link.
• Electrically defined all the connectors. Set the axis & points.
• Set the bundle entry point & connector connection point.
• By using Sketcher 2D workbench, drew the lines and points which i was going to fix the connectors as mentioned in the question.(distance & connectors placed).
• Routed the wiring harness as mentioned the question. Kept end extremity at 30mm (from connectors end)
• Applied the protective coverings on the branch sections. Applied the PVC tape & Corrugated tubes.
