Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 4 Challenge

AIM: The objective of this project is to route the given harness layout in Electrical workbench and to add protective coverings.

HARNESSING:

Download and save the CAD data of the connector for the harness assembly.

The connectors are connected as per the given diagram at specified distance and covered with protective covering with appropriate extremity distance.

Define each and every component with electrical properties,

After assembling the connector at desired location make active the branchable feature and connect the connectors,

i)Without protective covering,

ii)With protective covering,

The assembly tree showing the components in the workbench,

CONCLUSION:

The harness assembly is done with given conditions successfully.
