Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 4 Challenge

1. For DT06-4S, DT06-6S, DT06-2S and DT06-08SA add geometrical parameters like point and the axis system in parts design for reference of bundle point.

2. In Electrical part Design define all the connectors and define bundle connection point to them.

3. once this part is done we need to make an assembly, by using multibranchable. before that we need to position all the connectors a their respective position for which we need a refernce, so we create a sketch by dimensioning it at and adding plane at the junctions to add constraints between plane and the connector plane.

4. Now to add constaints with sketch and connectors use assembly design and add constraints.

5. For Multibranchable to add bunddle segments we nee to use Electrical harness aseembly. Define Geometrical bundle and start adding bundles by using bundle segment definition, branch definition and add branch point.

6. For adding corrugated tubes by using protective covering over the bundle segment and keep end extrimty as 30mm.
