2. parts are defined electrically - two connectors (male and female each) and a connector clip

3. catalogues for connectors and connector clip are created

4. images of the work done are attached

process:

1. igs file from website is opened in CATIA, saved as CATPart.

2. bundle entry point and connector connection point is defined.

3. axis system is also defined. the part is defined as electrical component.

4. cavity connection point is also defined.

5. these definitions get reflected in the electrical and publications section in the modeller.

6. connection points require some definitions as representation face, point, initial condition face.

7. an electrical connnector is an electro-mechanical device used to join electrical termination and create an electrical circuit.

8. electrical connectors consist of housing, terminals, wedge locks, seals, cavity, mounting clamps etc.
