Week 9 - Project - Master Section Development

1. Input surface & master secton.

2. There are two master section which are red and blue colour.

3. Class B surface creation.

4. Creating C surface and sjoin A,B & C surface which obtain close surface.

5. We design two tooling axis in which green colour shows main tooling axis and blue colour show side tooling axis.

6. This is solid model of B pillar using close surface command under part workbench.

6. Creating B side features with the help of master section with consider of tooling direction. This feature design as a standard design guideline.

7.Draft analysis of B pillar but at some face there is under cut in class A surface so we discuss this with class A designer.

8. All tree stucture which is use in this part design.
