Week 9 - Project - A pillar Design with Master Section

Understand the master section .

Create a tooling axis for given A surface by using bisecting line.

Find the draft analysis for the A surface.

Offsect the A surface upto 2.5 mm as per master section

Create a C surface by using sweep. For that create boundary over A surface then extract the side of A surface then by using this we need to create C surface.

Trim the C surface with B surface then join it with A surface.

Convert this unto closed body in part body work bench using the surface tool.

Find the draft analysis for the closed surface.

Create a sketch over master section and extarct it . give the thickness value 2.5 mm.

Draft the dog house .5mm. Offset the inner surface by calculating thickness that is 2.5*0.4 =1mm. Extact the base and offset upto 4mm. Then trim it. Split the surface with the dog house.

Create the rib as per the master section then create a sidecore for dog house. Find the draft analysis for dog house.
