Week 9 challenge

Objective:

to create a mold using the different components given by splitting into core and cavity.

Procedure:

First we need to open assembly file and then insert the component which was made in the previous part now we need to edit the core part in order to create a slider

the slider is boss extruded with specified sketch and then used to create a solid body

the slider is then made it to a proper shape with the suitable for the movement of the slider

then a base is introduced with his boss extruded up to the vertex of the slider

after the completion of the slider Now we need to edit the cavity part in which extra material must be added then we need to insert the slider and by using combine option we need to subtract the cavity from the slider

then we need to Provide apart for the slider to move by moving the face surface using direct edit option .then we need to split the cavity and core sliders into different parts as a single solid body

then we need to split the CPU cases as shown in the figure below
