DOOR HANDLE

AIM

TO Create the rib for the Drill Handle considering the design rules mentioned in the video.

TOOLING AXIS

• SIMPLY WE CAN CREATE THE TOOLING AXIS IN Y DIRECTION

CLASS B CREATION

• The class b is extract from class a and offset and extrapolated then trimed together

CLASS C CREATION

• The class c is created by using sweep with surface referance for 90 degree

FINAL COMPONENT

• The class a and c is jioned together the it got trimed by b surface

RIB CREATION

• The surface is extracted from the part body and the line is created the got extruded
• The extrude is thicken and gave the fillet and draft value
• Then the rib is added to the main body by using the uniontrim command

SCREW BOSS CREATION

• The surface is extracted from the part body and the dia is given
• Then it got pad to the adiquate height got drafted and filleted
• Then the screw boss is added to the main body
