Week 9 - Attachment Feature Creation (Ribs & Screw Boss) - Challenge 1

Aim: To provide ribs and screw boss for the given Product(And make solid from the given Class A surface).

Given Class A surface:

Using the intersection tool the sectional line is taken.

Two lines were drawn from the intersection and then drawn a bisection line.

The next step is to draw another bisecting line from the lines we get from the previous one.

Draftanaysis:

The next step is to perform the drat analysis using the tooling axis.

Then model the class B, and C, and then by using a close surface makes the solid body.

Provide the ribs and Screw bosses for the same.

Then perform the draft analysis for the final solid.

Conclusion:

Ribs and screw bosses are modeled and analyzed in draft analysis.
