Week 9 - Attachment Feature Creation (Ribs & Screw Boss) - Challenge 1

Step 1: in the tooloing is the direction of the moulding direction that is helps to the make a mould in a axis direction , using a center gravity of the part and making a point of the part and made for line in that is a tooling direction.

                                                 

Step 2:class A surface is used to make a part in thicken, that is the referance for all process.

                                                

Step 3 : In the surface of A is the extracted for using the extract tool and then the that extracted surface is offsed to the 3mm .

Step 4: during the offset in surface B is having some patches so that patches are cleared using the tool of fill.and the outer edge is used to expolate tool then extrapolated .

                                               

Step 5: in the step creating the C surface in A surface is a boundary is created the c surface with using the sweep tool and blend .

Step 6: after created the c Surface and join together  and then the after that join a and c surface.

Step7: in the C surface is joint after that of the a surface then b surface is trimmed with the A and c surface. that is the final closed surface of the design.

                                             

Step8: in the part body definen in body and then the using a closed surface tool to make solid of the part.

Step 9: After that of create the rib of the part , perpose of the rib is giving the strngth of the part, using the rib making guide line  and make a rib in part body.

Step 10: in the rib is first making a sketch of the rib in the surface of body and then extrude the plane after came part workbench the the using thincken tool make thick in rib .

Step 11 : in the using the draft tool make a draft on the 0.5 deg inn both side of the rib.

Step 12: in the same process is followed by the offseted rib.

Step 13: in the process of the screw boss is screwing the part in where we want and making tool extrude the circle sketch and then draft the the extrude in the 0.5 deg of bothe inner side and outer side .

                                               

Step 14: draft analysis of using the make a mould in the direction and without any defect. in green colour is 2 deg of the angle surface , blue is nuteral surface, red is zero deg surface.

Step 15 : publication of the A surface is used handle the fast for the working.
