Week 9 - Attachment Feature Creation - Challenge 2

To create Dog house on given A surface

Create a tooling axis for the by using intersection then bisect those lines and create tooling axis.

Find the draft analysis by using the tooling axis.

Draw the sketch for dog house and sweep it with draft angle of 1.5 with the height of 20mm.

Add the thickness of 2mm by using surface thickness by using part design workbench.

Give fillet then offset surface towards solid surface by calculate the wall thickness 0.4*2=.8mm

Extract the surface and offset it upto 3 to 6 mm. Trim the offested surface with .8 mm offset. Split it with solid surface by using part design workbench. Draft the inner portion of dog house by 0.5mm Then do draft analysis by using side core axis.

Copy the draft part body with paste special then translate to the required position by usiing coordinate.
