CREATING SCREW BOSS AND GOG HOUSE ON THE COIN HOLDER

First creating a screw boss.

Giving draft angle to the cylinder surface inside and out side.

Creating ribs for the cylinder to strengthen the screw boss.

Giving draft to to th Ribs also with rib disign standards so that it should not have any defects and should be easily removed from the moulding dies.

Dog house creation with given dimension standards.

Draft analysis for the Dog house with main tooling axis and with sliding tooling axis.

Moving the screw boss up on to the Dog house.
