Aim:- The Aim of the project is to create the screw boss and Dog House for the Centre console coin holder considering the design rules.

Design rule to create screw boss:-

Creating screw boss:-

Here first we extract the base and draw the sketch from the center point.

The drawn sketch we pad the screw boss accoring to design rules.

After pad the screw boss we add rib to the screw boss to add strength for it.

After getting the final screw boss we fillet the sharp edges and do assem the screw boss to main part body.

This is the final screw boss.

Design rule to create Dog house:-

Doghouse wall thickness at the intersection of the part wall ( C ) should be 40% or less than the main wall stock ( T ).
Height of ( B ) should be between 3.0 – 6.0 mm
Minimum draft should be 1.5 degree.
Minimum width should be 12mm.

Creating Dog house :-

First we draw the sketch for dog house and make a side open.

After Drawing the sketch we sweep the drawing and offset the base and trim it and we get the dog house.

After getting the dog house surface we thickness to the surface and draft the surface inside.

After drafting the surface we remove the wall thinckess at interaction of part wall.

This is the final dog house we get.
