Report:
Step 1:Took new geological set and named it as Tooling Axis, Extract surface from Class A Surface given.
Step 2:Took point arbitary and draw line normal to surface,checked draft analysis for class A surface and its okey other than some portion.
Step 3:Extract selected top potion,side wall,bootom surface,middel one and pocket offset it by 2.5mm downword side.
then drew line from ponts at corner of right side portion and left side portion to make them an even equal surface with support as surface and split them,then extrapolate it by 3 to 4 mm forword then extrapolate middel portion by up to 84 mm for making it able to cut two surface named it A and B,then trimed surfae A with that middel portion then surface B bcoz two surfaces
overlaps on each other,last step shape portion extract as it and offset by 2.5 mm and joined with join command.
b)Pocket creation>
c)extract the middel potion as it has to trim again after remove .
then removed middel portion by using add command unchcked contimuity and remove subelement option trim it again with trim 3 to trim pocket portion properly.
Then took boundary commad took boundary with point continuity of pocket potion and then extrapolate it by 3mm and also took boundray with point continuity of trimed surface of trim 3 and extrapolate it by about 2 to 3mm trim them and named trim 4.
extrapolate side portion of pocket by distance of 3 to 4mm and extrapolate the middle portoion by certain length and then again remove middel portion trim with trim 3 so that pocket and trim 3 both are trimed properly.
D) Cup creation :Now cup of lft side extract with continus extract and offset it by a distance of 2.5mm and extrapolate its top boundary by boundary command with 2 mm and trimed with pocket portion.
bottom surface extracted as it is and then offseted by 2.5mm and then trimed with body by extrapolating it about 5mm by creating boundary.
Step 4:
C Surface Creation:>front side : took boundary of front side and sweep it with draft direction by 3deg.
back side> half of back portion has taken boundary and sweep with 3 deg draft and reamin portion is drew line on sweep with taking point on sweep with curce option and split it by projecting line on sweep.lines are drawn parallet to each other.
took boundary of curved portion and spline select boudary of sweep as refrence for spline and same direction took boundary and spline as guide curve.
joind C Surface with class A
Step 5:Fillet : meassured respective fillets of offseted surface and gave it to B Surface.
Step 6:Extrapolate : Extrapolate boundaries of class B beyond c surface for proper triming .
Step 7:Final Trim : Trimed Class B extrapolated and filleted with A+C joind to get final Trim and checked for draft analysis and analysis was done okey.
Step 8:Solid body: take new body and nemed it as closed body and go to part body and take closed body feature from surface base features and convert surface body to closed body.
Step 9:Dog House Creation:Creat new gological set named it s Dog house then extract surface took point on surface and took plane parallel through point and refrence as extracted surface.
draw a sketch and iso constrained it of cintral square of 24*24,then inser new body named it as dog house 1,pad sketch by distance of 20mm with refrence derection of tooling axis,shelled it by front and bottom by 2.5 as thickness of part did draft of it by 1.5deg with respective tooling axis then take multiple extract and extract inner portion of pad offset it by 1mm as 40% of thickness of body then offseted extracted portoion of dog house by distance of 4 mm (3 to 6) and trimed it with multiple extract and then extrapolate it 2 mm and trimed with extracted surface then added new body and go to part body and split that surface body then .
Side core axis : took a point on back surface and drew line normal to surface to sraft it wrt side core .
select draft from dress up feature select side wall and top wall as draftion portion and front surface as nutral element can give bottom also for nutral surface and pullin derection as side core axis to draft it by an angle of 0.5deg.did draft analysis for both potion with two diffrent axis at draft angle of 0.45 deg .its clesaring .
Dog House 2:>copy first one dog house and copy it and past in part body with past special with respective link then took point respective on surface where there required dog house and select translation forn trnsformation feature and select point to point transformation select first point as dog house first point and second point as new point where dog house has to shift.
added new body and add both dog houses to it then union trimed it with closed body .
