BUMPER
Report:
Step1:- Took a class A Surface and checked draft angle given it a draft angle 3 deg.
TOOLING AXIS:
Step2:- Tooling Axis : Extract Class A Surface part and took a point on Surface at (0,0) and drew line by point and directon to get axis of the Surface.
CLASS B SURFACE

Step3:- To get Class B Surface frmom class A surface offset Class A surface by 3 mm

Step4:- After offsetting it we get some spots blanked so we rearranged it properly
Step5:- We offset those field again from Class A Surface and by doing extrapolate and intersection and trimed the excessed parts .

Step6:-them trimed them from main class B Surface to join them properly.
CLASS C SURFACE
Stip:-we took boundary command by point continuity option and extract boundary of class A Surface and swept them by 5mm and 90 deg
to get Class C Surface.

CLASS A+C
Step:-Then Trimed them from main body to joined Surface of Class A and Class C surface.Strp:- Same as Class A Surface.

Class B Surface is also extracted from body of Class B

Step:- Extrapolate this boundary by 1mm .

FINAL TRIM
Step:-Trimed Class A+C and Class B Surface to get final Surface .

DRAFT ANALYSIS

Step:-Took draft analysis and took compass and point compass on axis and then readjust it by keeping it properly on axis again.
Step:-took draft angle 3 deg and checked it
Upper surface is blue and lower Surface is green.
blue shows draft angle is negative.
green shows draft angle is 3 or more than 3 deg.
red shows draft angle is from 0 to 3 deg.

After draft Analysis got some red patches to correct thoes error new sweep by using add and remove and boundary command has drawn
and replace it with sweep 43 and took draft analysis but patches are remain .

SOLIID BODY:
Step:- After final trim go to the part design and go to colse body take body and add final trim to it to get final trim.
