Week 8 - Challenge 5 - Door Trim Lower

1) Draft analysis was done using trial and error due to shape complexity, in other words, compass was adjusted contiously until the shape is toolable.

Afterwards the current direction is locked and a tooling axis was drawn from a point on surface in a the direction of compass

Next surface B was obtained from offseting class A by a distance of 2.5mm on the B side and closing the irrelevant surfaces using multisection surface command

The red area was closed by sweeping class A 90 deg with referance surface

the gap yellow area was closed by multisection surface and then joining ( I did it by batches and smooth curves for nice finish)

the green area got by filling the inside boundary and extruding the outside boundary in a direction normal to the fill and trimming both later
