Challenge

Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Bumper

- First a draft analysis was done on the class A surface to determine the best draft direction for the product to be tooled, next a tooling axis directed on the Z axis showed that the part can be cleared

- Due to complexity of the part, dividing it into sections at first happened to be unefficient and take a long time with high possibility of errors, so I offseted the hole part and started removing irrelevant surfaces and closing them using the methods learned previously

FInal output of the class B

Next and the most complex set of steps was class C as the surface differ in its distribution along the tooling axis and I solved that using trimming each swept part with the B axis ensuring its trimmable and can be later joined with class A ensuring it is cleared and not touched
