trim the unwanted faces

offset all the faces 2.5mm from the class A surface outside

offset the outer wall 2.5mm inside from class A

take boundry for A surface

sweep inside with reference surface of 90 deg

trim class A, B, C surfaces

take boundry for the hole

sweep the boundry and trim with the class B surface

giving edge fillets

create close surface

multi views

bisect the line and give tooling axis

giving draft analysis
