Creating point and axis system on bottom party for creating tooling axis

intersect the part on Y direction and create side lines for walls

Bisect the line using two side lines and point

intersect on X direction and create bisecting line

Now create final tooling axis by bisecting the two X and Y direction tooling axis

Draft analysys

we have to make side core for this component

for that we have to make tooling axis on X direction

do draft analysis on X direction

extract and untrim the top surface from class A and do extrapolate

same for side walls and bottom part

Offset 2.5mm and trim the faces

we get class B surface

give edge fillets for class B surface

taking extract of class A surface

do sweep by giving 3 deg draft angle with tooling axis

extrapolate all edges

trim unwanted material

give close surface
