Create a geometric for tooling axis make a point on the base surface extract the base surface. Insert Axis system on the point make an intersection with respect to the axis.

Create another geometric set as B surface creation insede that create another geometric set for wall base top surface and outer flange. In wall geometric set extract the wall and untrim it then extrapolite it. Offset the extrapolite for 2.5mm then trim the unwanted portion.

Measure the fillet value from classA then give it to class B

Similarly for base same procedure then trim the base surface with wall.

Then we need extract the top surface extrude the top face offset it and trim it with base trim.

Extract the outher flange the extrapolite offset it then trim it with base trim

C surface creation create boundary over class A surface then sweep it with reference to surface for 90deg.trim it base surface join classA and C surface create the hole by extract then sweep the boundary. Trim it with base surface.

Extract the projected base surface utrim extrapolite it offset it trim it with base trim
