Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Coin Holder Design

ABSTRACT:

To create the Coin Holder Plastic component through the given Class-A surface. with the tooling axis for the given Class-A Surface should be created meeting the requirements of the draft angle and at the end, perform the Draft analysis on the model.

PROCEDURE:

1. create tooling axis for the given class a surface by using line bisect method and create the draft analysis for the given class A surface.
2. crating B surface for the given Class A surface and then offset to 2.5mm to optain the thickness of the coin holder.

The B surface was splited into smaller surface to make it easier for the B surface creation.

4. Creating Part body with part design closed surface option.
