TOOLING AXIS

1) Extracted base surface created point on it. intersected with YZ direction. walls was 90 degree hence took line in Z direction as tooling axis.

B SURFACE

1) Extracted all side walls utrimed and extrapolated it. then trimed all unwantd parts and offseted it. gave edge fillet to it

2) Extracted base surfaces untrimed and extrapolated it. gave offset to it with 2.5mm.

3) Extracted rib surfaces untrimed and extrapolated it . gave offseted it and trimed with offsted base surface. Multiple extracted top wall surfaces extrapolated and offseted it.

4) Trimed edgefilleted walls surfaces with base offseted surface and furrther trimed with offseted top wall

5) Multiple extracted outer flange surfaces and extrapolated it. then extracted upper surfaces, untrimed and extrapolated it. joined and offseted it. trimed with offset and further trimed with top walls. gave edge fillet to it

6) Extracted forgotten surface to trim. untrimed extrapolated and offset to it. trimed unwanted part and got B surface.

C SURFACE

1) Multiple extracted outer edge and surface then sweeped it and trimed with edgefileted surface

2) Multipled extracted hole edge and outer surfaces and sweeped the hole. furher trimed with recently trim and join with A surface.
